Blog On Fire Award!

Hey all! I’ve been passed the Blog On Fire Award by fellow author Sabrina Garie. Go check out her site. She’s a great gal, and knows how to write a sex scene that will steam your under garments right off.

So, part of this award is that I’m supposed to tell you some things you don’t know about me. Hmmmm…..

Let’s see.

1) I love to fish. Seriously. Love it. I live right by Lake Erie and have been fishing on the lake with my dad for perch and walleye my entire life. I’m just as at home in a pond though. The area here has loads of ponds and there is also a salt marsh – it’s a state nature preserve – full of places to fish. There are also the Grand, Cuyahoga, and Chagrin Rivers. I’ve caught my fair share of catfish, blue gill, bass, and even turtles.

2) In my attic, right now, are two Cabbage Patch Kids I’ve had since I was a little girl and they were first on the market and the toy to have. One is a red headed little girl, the other a blonde little boy. I do not, sadly, still have their birth certificates. And considering that I have a bit of a phobia of dolls, its amazing I still own the things and am not freaked out by them.

 

3) I got to ride in a hot air balloon once. It was amazing, a little scary, and absolutely something everyone should do at least once in their life.

So, who am I going to pass this award to? Hmm…how about some author friends?

Kenra Daniels: She writes novels about dragon shape shifters and vampires. I’m reading one right now to help her get it ready to sell to some lucky publisher. Great stuff, and the sex, well, it’s steamy, hot stuff. :)

Olivia Starke: Fellow Decadent Babe and author of several smokin’ hot titles for their The Edge line. These stories have ghosts, zombies, weres…and lots and lots of sex. She’s the author of the first ever f/f erotic story I’ve ever read. It made me squirm.

Jessica E. Subject: Also a Decadent Babe, Jessica writes Science Fiction romance. Super cool. :)  I like sci-fi, and if you add in some smex, it can only get better!

      I keep the dolls locked up where I can’t see them. :) And the hot air balloon was amazing. Exhilarating. I was leaning over the side…

    Thanks Jen. Glad to know there fewer under garments out there, damn things only get in the way.

    My dad used to take me fishing. I caught an eel, freaked me out, fishing career ended. Great learning more about you.

    Very cool stuff to know! I don’t fish, but hubby does while I pretend to while I read- on Lake Erie no less, but up nearer the Detroit River. ;D

    I have a Cabbage Patch still with the BC somewhere in the attic.

    Your stuff is definitely scorchy enough for this award. Congrats!
