Poetry Book By Donald Trump

It seems like Russell Brunson is everywhere these days. He has written articles for several magazines, he has been on TV numerous times, and has been invited to think tanks and discussion groups to go over his ideas. But have you noticed that he has been giving away free advice about leadership and events and people and what works? I recently did a search for Russell Brunson quotations and came up with many videos and articles and then compiled them into this little list of the best.

“A lot has been said recently about leadership. What’s up now, this is Russell Brunson yet again. Still in beautiful Puerto Rico enjoying some of the best marketers, thought leaders, and personal development gurus in the world. My goal is simple, to help you become your own best leader, irrespective of whether you are young or old.”

“If you aren’t doing anything, stop doing nothing. Don’t go chasing every limelight available, don’t sit around waiting for someone else to do something, do it yourself. There are a lot of ideas out there it’s impossible to take the time to learn them. Find one, learn it, and go out and live it. When I left college, I said that I wanted to be an entrepreneur. Today, that dream has become reality.”

“The difference between failure and success is the amount of work you put in. Most individuals seem to expect that the more they do, the better they’ll be. The problem is that most people never find out how to do enough to make it successful, and if they try, they’ll fail.”

“What’s the worst that can happen? You make a mistake, and you pay the purchase price, but it is nothing compared to what could happen if you succeed. Maybe you have noticed that few people who appear to live the life they’re supposed to live always appear to fail in one way or another? That is because most of them never took the time to learn what they did not know.”

“The only way to get to direction is to accept the fact that you don’t have all of the answers, and then begin to figure them out. If you are reluctant to change, that’s the sign of someone who doesn’t want to lead.” “The first step to leadership is being able to see where you’re not going and fixing that.” “A good leader doesn’t just bark out orders; he also listens to what his people are telling him and uses that information to develop new ideas.”

“A good leader understands that leaders get good results by acting decisively, by demonstrating creativity, and by inspiring confidence. Leaders do not act based on rumors; they rely on solid facts. They plan ahead. They think before they act. They take responsibility.

“A great leader knows that no one likes a do-it-yourself; everyone wants some assistance along the way. They recognize that it’s not enough to just know the perfect thing to do; they have to be able to take it out.” “The best leaders aren’t afraid to make mistakes and learn from them. Mistakes are a crucial part of learning, but mistakes should not stop you before you can get back on your feet.”

“A business has a better probability of success if its products or services are unique, well priced, and widely available.” “Your customers will trust your judgment and take your advice more seriously when you are cautious about their interests and their needs.” “You do not have to be perfect to be good in company; the more things you are willing to risk, the greater your odds for success.” “To be truly great at what you do, you need to have a passion for this, and it should be an expression of who you are.”

This publication discusses various leadership styles. It lists the characteristics of each style, including: modesty, influence, honor, assertiveness, and esteem. I highly recommend this book to anyone who has ever considered becoming a leader, and especially someone who has a background in business or management. This book gives a very clear picture of just how critical leadership is, and how to develop leadership skills. Russell Brunson is a leader who achieved tremendous success as both an executive and a coach.

He’s written a very interesting and thought provoking read that everyone should read. If you’re looking for an exceptional introduction to the subject, with solid info and effective leadership strategies, this is it. Highly suggested.
