It feels like Russell Brunson is everywhere these days. He has written articles for several magazines, he has been on TV numerous times, and has been invited to think tanks and discussion groups to discuss his ideas. But have you noticed that he’s been giving away free advice about events and leadership and individuals and what works? I recently did a search for Russell Brunson quotes and came up with many articles and videos and then compiled them into this little list of the best.

“A lot has been said lately about leadership. What’s up now, this is Russell Brunson yet again. Still in beautiful Puerto Rico enjoying some of the finest marketers, thought leaders, and personal development gurus in the world. My goal is simple, to help you become your own best leader, regardless of whether you’re young or old.”

“If you aren’t doing anything, stop doing nothing. Don’t go chasing every limelight available, do not sit around waiting for someone else to do something, do it yourself. There are a lot of ideas out there it’s impossible to take the time to learn them. Find one, learn it, and go out and live it. When I left college, I said that I wanted to become an entrepreneur. Today, that dream has become reality.”

“The difference between success and failure is the amount of work you put in. Most individuals appear to expect that the longer they do, the better they will be. The issue is that most people never find out how to do enough to make it effective, and if they try, they will fail.”

“What’s the worst that can happen? You make a mistake, and you pay the purchase price, but it’s nothing compared to what might happen if you succeed. Maybe you have noticed that few people who appear to live the life that they’re supposed to live always seem to fail in one way or another? That’s because most of them never took the time to learn what they didn’t know.”

“The only way to get to leadership is to accept the fact that you don’t have all of the answers, and then begin to find them out. If you are unwilling to change, that is the indication of someone who doesn’t need to lead.” “The first step to leadership is being able to see where you’re not going and fixing that.” “A good leader does not just bark out orders; he also listens to what his people are telling him and uses that information to come up with new ideas.”

“A fantastic leader realizes that leaders get good results by acting decisively, by demonstrating creativity, and by inspiring confidence. Leaders don’t act based on rumors; they rely on solid facts. They plan ahead. They think before they act. They take responsibility.

“A great leader knows that nobody likes a do-it-yourself; everybody wants some help along the way. They recognize that it’s not enough to just know the perfect thing to do; they have to have the ability to carry it out.” “The best leaders are not afraid to make mistakes and learn from them. Mistakes are an essential part of learning, but errors should not stop you until you can get back on your feet.”

“A business has a better probability of success if its goods or services are exceptional, well priced, and widely available.” “Your customers will trust your judgment and take your advice more seriously when you are cautious about their interests and their needs.” “You don’t have to be perfect to be good in business; the more things you are willing to risk, the greater your odds for success.” “To be truly great at what you do, you will need to have a passion for it, and it should be an expression of who you are.”

This publication discusses various leadership styles. It lists the features of each style, including: modesty, sway, honor, assertiveness, and esteem. I strongly recommend this book to anybody who has ever considered becoming a leader, and especially someone that has a background in business or management. This book gives a very clear picture of just how critical leadership is, and how to develop leadership skills. Russell Brunson is a leader who achieved enormous success as both an executive and a coach.

He has written a very interesting and thought provoking read that everyone should read. If you’re looking for an excellent introduction to the topic, with solid information and effective leadership strategies, this is it. Highly recommended.
